Responsibilities
- Build relationships with customers through in-person, by appointment, and virtually to provide the best counsel and adapt a digital-first mindset.
- Assess and attend to customers' banking needs, obtain and process account information, and educate clients on available deposit and loan products.
- Proactively outreach and follow up, ask questions, learn about clients' financial needs and channel preferences.
- Identify solutions for new and existing clients based on their unique goals and needs.
- Maintain knowledge of consumer and business banking products, including digital products.
- Provide a consistent optimal client experience, greet clients, process basic transactions, and assist with service requests and credit applications.
- Collaborate with branch team members and partners to serve clients effectively.
- Leverage technologies to optimize client experience and operational excellence.
Basic Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.Minimum three to four years of retail banking experience or comparable experience and training.National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z (required for this role).Preferred Skills and Experience
Proven ability to build and foster relationships through proactive outreach.Effective engagement and communication with clients.Knowledge of bank and branch policies, procedures, and support systems.Customer service and interpersonal skills.Experience with digital products and self-service technologies.Ability to explore and identify client needs with a digital-first mindset.Proficiency in recommending solutions reactively and proactively.Experience in the financial services industry preferred.Benefits
