Duties and Responsibilities :
Maintain the confidentiality of your job, Coast’s practices, and Coast’s clients.Daily morning rounds of supplies and the Marion building.Process IT laptop requests, package, and send out via FedEx as requested.Maintain accurate distribution lists / records and manage the distribution process.Operate the postage machine to ensure accurate processing of outgoing mail; maintain proper funding and supplies for the postage meter; update the postage software when needed; train other personnel on operation; track machine issues and schedule service as needed; maintain logs.Process FedEx and certified mail.Ensure copiers and scanners are in good working order.Process and route answering service messages promptly.Review and distribute Coast website email inquiries in a timely manner.Manage supply inventory and maintain the budget established by the Operations Director.Iron Mountain – assist with record retention / archive process; coordinate storage pick-up and delivery; maintain supplies.Recommend and implement enhancements to existing processes to improve efficiencies and reduce costs.Assist in the coordination of all office functions and company events.Run office-related errands as required.Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.Qualifications
High School education or equivalentPrior experience in the Property Management (or similar) industry preferred.At least 4 years of administrative experienceSupervisory experience is A plusStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePointValid Washington State Driver’s License and Insurance required.We’re invested in you — because your well-being fuels your success.
