Business Systems Analyst

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to facilitate complex projects in the Banking industry.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate complex projects from proposal through post-implementation and ensure milestones are met

Prepare functional specifications, test plans, and conduct research analysis of complex data

Serve as a mentor for less experienced staff and coordinate testing activities for major system implementations

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

Minimum 6 years of operational / business analytics experience

Bachelor's Degree preferred

Subject matter expert in business with knowledge of the application / system being supported

Experience with SIT and UAT test management / coordination, preferably with loan servicing systems
