Position : Cyber Oracle Cloud Functional Senior Consultant

Work you'll do

As a Senior Consultant, you will :

Support core activities related to implementation, configuration, and optimization of an Oracle Cloud ERP system.

Lead or support the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Cloud ERP modules (e.g., Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain, HCM, Projects).

Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.

Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and recommend enhancements.

Develop functional documentation, configuration guides, and user training materials.

Partner with IT and business teams to ensure data integrity, process alignment, and compliance with organizational standards.

Participate in testing cycles (unit, system integration, UAT) and ensure successful migration to production.

Monitor system updates and new Oracle releases, evaluating potential impact and improvements.

Qualifications

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Business, or related field.

3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP (functional or technical, including security).

3+ years of experience in large and complex projects with multiple rollouts for countries / regions

Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries / sectors you serve

Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred

Strong understanding of business processes in Finance, Procurement, or Supply Chain.

Familiarity with data migration, integrations (OIC, APIs), OCI (Oracle cloud infrastructure), OAG (Oracle Access Governance) and reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher) a plus.

Experience with cross-functional process improvement or digital transformation projects.

Understanding of SOX compliance and internal controls (for Finance-focused roles).

Experience in at least one full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementation preferred.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.

Strong understanding of business processes in Finance, Procurement, or Supply Chain.

Previous Consulting or Big 4 experience preferred

Experience with Oracle Cloud role design across functional (ERP, HCM, SCM and EPM)

Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) security

Knowledge of Oracle Cloud security design and implementation methodology

Knowledge / experience in identity access management tools and / or Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS)

Certifications such as : Oracle Cloud ERP Implementation Specialist, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Security Professional or Oracle Risk Management Cloud Certified Implementation Professional are preferred

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $102,500 to $188,900.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
