As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jon Lam - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.

• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
