Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and establish recruitment timelines.
Source qualified candidates through multiple channels, including job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, employee referrals, and talent databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone / video interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, providing clear communication and follow-ups at every stage.
Manage the offer process : extend verbal / written offers, negotiate compensation packages (when needed), and ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, especially for hard-to-fill roles.
Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition for new hires, including preparing offer letters and collecting necessary documentation.
Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and local labor regulations to ensure compliance and competitive hiring strategies.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3 years of proven experience as a Recruiter (in-house or agency experience is a plus).
Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
