Job Title : Quality Inspector

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and mechanically inclined individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Quality Inspector in our plastics-focused machine shop. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in manufacturing quality control with on-the-job training and growth potential.

Responsibilities

  • Perform visual inspections of plastic parts for defects, inconsistencies, and overall quality.
  • Use basic hand tools and gauges with provided training.
  • Document inspection results and communicate findings to the production team.
  • Assist with packaging and labeling of inspected parts.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow safety protocols and company procedures.

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and take direction.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment is preferred but not required.

    Work Environment

    Work in a machine shop primarily focused on plastics. The schedule is Monday through Friday, from 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 30 PM. The role is contract-to-hire, with potential pay increases upon direct hire.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00 / hr.
