About the Firm

Our client is a mid-sized regional law firm. We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated Attorney with a strong background in tort litigation to join our team in Philadelphia.

The Opportunity

As an Attorney, you will have the opportunity to take on significant case responsibility, handle meaningful legal matters, and be part of a supportive and collaborative team. This is a full-time position with a hybrid in-person / remote work schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Case Management : Manage a high volume of cases from start to finish. This includes legal research, writing, and handling courtroom appearances.

Litigation : You will be responsible for depositions, arbitrations, mediations, and oral arguments. Jury trial experience is a plus.

Client Interaction : Engage directly with clients to understand and address their legal needs.

Collaboration : Work effectively with colleagues and clients at all levels within a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Qualifications

Required :

Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania .

Deposition and oral argument experience.

Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage a variety of active matters independently.

Commitment to high ethical standards and professionalism.

Preferred :

Licensed to practice in West Virginia, New Jersey, New York, or Delaware.

Jury trial experience.
