ECS is seeking a Project Coordinator to work in our Newington, VA office. Come join ECS' National Security & Civilian Business Unit and play a vital role supporting the FBI's Operational Technology Division (OTD). Our programs support a portfolio of research and development efforts and the management of IT infrastructure that facilitates those efforts, specifically in the areas of IT Support, IT Security, IT Services, and Administrative Compliance. This program addresses the many technical investigative challenges faced by the law enforcement and the national security community. These challenges are a result of advances in global communications through computer and data networks, cellular systems, and the Internet. Using rapid research and development methods in a collaborative environment to create solutions to operational problems in many areas to include device exploitation and application analysis.

Responsibilities : This position supports all IT operations and reports to the SITS.

• Compiling service desk reports.
• Managing device inventory spreadsheets.
• Facilitating intake / outtake procedures.
• Aggregating IT communications and elevating important matters to SITS
• Monitoring multiple email distro lists, consolidating tasks from distro to brief with do-outs.
• Following process and procedures to ensuring tracking tasks on all [secret, TS, unclassified, private] enclaves, running reports from project ticketing system.
