What You'll Do as an AR Revenue Cycle Specialist
As an AR Revenue Cycle Specialist at Lewis Services, you'll :
Review, verify, and reconcile weekly payroll data and adjust as necessarySet up and reconcile jobs from contracts to ensure alignment between field and office trackingReconcile jobs weekly and monthlyProduce, review, adjust, and submit customer invoicesCollect past due customer invoices in conjunction with operations leadership and report weekly collection statusReconcile customer payments when necessaryProduce, analyze, and distribute job cost reportsReconcile and analyze weekly and monthly revenue reportsAssist company personnel, customers, and others with resolution of problemsDraft correspondence within general guidelines or as directedMaintain accurate, timely, and well-organized computer filesStay current on company policies and applicable state / federal regulationsCross-train and learn multiple customers and processesCreate and submit invoices according to company practices and customer contractsMaintain and update customer files, including names, addresses, merges, or mailing attentionsSet up new customers and create jobs in JDEDraft correspondence for standard past-due accounts, identify delinquent accounts, and contact stakeholders to request paymentsCreate reports on the status of customer accounts as requestedCollaborate with the Controller and Manager of CMS to reconcile accounts receivableGenerate monthly billing statements based on the general ledgerPerform other duties as assignedWhat You Bring
Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; Bachelor's preferred25+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or accounts receivable required7+ years of related experience accepted in lieu of degreeA / R experience including invoicing, client onboarding, database management, monthly statements, collections, and A / R reportingKnowledge of accounting softwareMandatory Excel proficiencyProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships and be a team playerStrong analytical skills with ability to manipulate data in Excel and identify trendsImprovement-minded with curiosity to understand the "why"Ability to read and identify key items within contractsKnowledge of GAAPAbility to learn, retain, and apply business processesStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentPhysical Demands
