Details and requirements for this opportunity : Call and requirements : Chronic Pain Management | Injections : Joint, Trigger Points, Blocks, Epidural, Facet (Fluro-guided) | Electrical stimulation (preferred) Supervision vs independent : Independent Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : EPIC Certifications required : Board certification, Advanced Cardiac Life Support Number of operating rooms : To be determined License required or accepting IMLC : Active California license, Drug Enforcement Administration license Schedule : Monday & Tuesday 8 : 30am – 5pm | Wednesday – Thursday 7 : 30am – 3 : 30pm | Friday 8 : 30am – 5pm Facility Location The largest West Coast city on the Pacific north of San Francisco, Eureka is a beautiful city located on the picturesque Humboldt Bay.
