Pay Information

$515,000 to $800,000 per year

About The Position

Job Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive ENT care to an extensive referral network

Manage 20–30 patients per day in clinic

Perform surgeries at Blanchard Valley Hospital, Bluffton Hospital, and Findlay Surgery Center

Utilize four da Vinci® Xi™ Surgical Robots with Table Motion

Collaborate with audiology team, advanced practice providers, and surgical subspecialties

Participate in backup call only; APPs cover primary calls

Engage in a collegial practice culture with flexible scheduling

Optionally teach medical students and advanced practice trainees

Access Mayo Clinic eConsults, eBoards, AskMayoExpert, and Grand Rounds

Job Requirements

Board Eligible or Board Certified in Otolaryngology ( within 5 years of eligibility acceptable )

Ohio Medical License (or willing to obtain)

DEA license (must be obtained prior to start)

Clean malpractice and background history

Not open to visa candidates

Not accepting Locums providers
