Under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in implementing therapeutic interventions that aid in the rehabilitation of individuals facing physical, psycho-social, and developmental challenges.

Your Responsibilities

As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will :

• Implement treatment programs to enhance physical, psycho-social, or developmental functioning and promote independence in daily activities.
• Modify treatment procedures based on patient progress, adhering to the treatment plan set by the Occupational Therapist.
• Arrange for adaptive equipment and splints to support patient independence.
• Educate patients and families on home programs and preventive measures.
• Prepare timely written documentation as required by the profession and department.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare providers regarding patient care.
• Maintain departmental policies, quality assurance programs, and safety standards.
• Participate in educational programs, in-services, and special project teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation : Maximum offer for this position is up to USD $35.29. The compensation range considers various factors, including experience, training, and organizational needs.
