We’re seeking an Inventory & ERP Specialist to join our team at Spacestation, where you’ll ensure flawless inventory management and fuel our mission to deliver top-tier cannabis beverage  products. What You’ll Do

  • Own inventory accuracy by verifying incoming goods, conducting cycle counts, and syncing data with our ERP system (Acumatica) to ensure seamless operations.
  • Innovate workflows by identifying inefficiencies, proposing process improvements, and leveraging ERP tools to boost productivity across multiple locations.
  • Collaborate with production, logistics, and third-party partners to streamline material transfers and ensure timely availability for scheduled runs.
  • Drive data excellence through precise, real-time entry of inventory movements, production orders, and performance metrics to empower decision-making.

Engage with internal teams and clients to forecast material needs, communicate purchase requirements, and deliver actionable insights for growth.

What You’ll Bring

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in supply chain, data analytics, or related fields is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in inventory management, planning, or ERP systems (Acumatica experience preferred, but we’re open to eager learners with tech aptitude).
  • Basic proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and a knack for mastering new tech to solve complex challenges.
  • Stellar communication, a proactive mindset, and a collaborative spirit to drive innovation across departments.
  • Reliability, adaptability, and a hunger to grow in a fast-paced, evolving cannabis industry.

    • Physical Stuff

  • Comfort working in a dynamic warehouse environment, handling repetitive tasks with precision and focus.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks like pushing, pulling, and grasping.
  • Strong manual dexterity and stamina to thrive in a fast-moving setting with frequent interruptions.

    • Capable of standing or sitting for extended periods (up to 75% of the time) in a bustling facility.
