Heavy Civil
Are you a seasoned construction professional with a passion for leading complex infrastructure projects? We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and drive the success of large-scale heavy civil construction projects. This role offers the opportunity to lead high-impact work while collaborating with a dynamic team of engineers, superintendents, and field staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of project execution including safety, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Develop and implement site-specific safety programs and ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Manage project financials including pay estimates, cost forecasting, and cash flow.
- Oversee contract administration, change orders, document control, and project meetings.
- Mentor and evaluate project staff to support career development and performance.
- Collaborate with estimating teams to support bidding efforts and secure new work.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure project satisfaction.
Qualifications
Required :
8+ years of experience in heavy civil / infrastructure construction.5+ years in a supervisory role managing multi-million dollar projects.Strong knowledge of construction methods, cost management, and scheduling.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Preferred :
Experience with HCSS Heavy Job, Heavy Bid, PlanGrid, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Vista Viewpoint.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.Benefits
