THE POSITION

Join our dynamic team as the Director of Emergency Services, where you will lead and inspire a dedicated staff committed to providing exceptional care in critical situations. In this vital role, you will oversee the strategic development and operational management of our emergency services departments, ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and patient-focused care. If you are a visionary leader with a passion for innovation and excellence in emergency medicine, we invite you to make a meaningful impact with us. Current RN licensure in North Carolina. BSN required. Must obtain Masters within (3) years from hire date. A minimum of (1) year first-line manager coupled with (5) years clinical nursing experience. BLS, PALS and ACLS through the American Heart Association.
