NOW HIRING : Experienced HVAC Technician – Residential & Light Commercial (Houston / Galveston, TX)

We're a leading Retro and New Construction HVAC company in Houston, TX seeking a seasoned HVAC Technician with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in advanced residential systems including ducted, mini-split, and VRF / VRV configurations. If you're detail-oriented, confident in wiring and schematics, and ready to be part of a respected, high-performing team – we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Install, service, and troubleshoot ducted, mini-split, and VRF / VRV systems
- Perform full system installations including copper bending, brazing, and flaring
- Wire HVAC systems accurately and interpret complex schematics
- Participate in the on-call service rotation for emergency calls
- Ensure compliance with all relevant codes and safety regulations
- Represent the company professionally at all times on customer sites

Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of hands-on HVAC experienceExpertise in mini-split, ducted, VRF / VRV, communicating, and 24-volt systemsAbility to read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematicsStrong wiring and startup abilitiesEPA Certification (Required)Own full set of HVAC toolsWilling and able to participate in on-call rotationSkilled in copper bending, brazing, and flaringWorks well with othersMaintains professionalism under pressureMust have and maintain a clean driving recordMust be able to pass a drug screeningMust be able to climb tall laddersAble to lift 100 lbs.Start-up technician experienceExperience with wine cooling systems or willingness to learnCommercial experienceCompensation & Benefits
Hourly Wage : $24 – $40 / hour (commensurate with experience; preference given to candidates with a minimum of 5+ years residential experience and commercial and / or refrigeration experience)
