Workers Compensation Claims Examiner

A company is looking for a Workers Compensation Claims Examiner III.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of 150 or fewer workers' compensation claims, including complex cases

Determine compensability of claims and administer benefits according to state law and company guidelines

Communicate with claimants, providers, and vendors to resolve claims efficiently

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

Three or more years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

WC Adjuster's license for MI & MN required

Technical knowledge of statutory regulations and medical terminology

Proficient in Word and Excel (preferred)
