Permanent : Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician Needed (Near Elwood, IL)

Are you a dedicated and experienced Obstetrics & Gynecology (OB / GYN) physician seeking a rewarding career opportunity in a thriving community near Elwood, IL? We're actively searching for a skilled physician to join our established, busy practice and provide comprehensive women's healthcare services (Job ID : j-229484).

  • Diverse Clinical Experience : Experience a rich clinical mix, encompassing both outpatient clinic visits and inpatient care. You'll see an average of 20-25 patients daily in clinic, manage a variable inpatient volume, and deliver approximately 6-7 babies per month.
  • Predictable Call Schedule : Enjoy a balanced call schedule with a 1 : 5 rotation for weekday, weekend, and holiday calls.
  • Advanced Technology & Procedures : Utilize on-site ultrasound equipment for enhanced diagnostics. Proficiency in Da Vinci Robotic surgeries is a plus, offering you the opportunity to perform minimally invasive procedures.
  • Supportive Work Environment : Collaborate with experienced clinical support staff and benefit from strong collegial support within the practice.

Qualifications :

  • Board-eligible or board-certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology is required.
  • A strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction is essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to building trust with patients are necessary.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively with a team of healthcare professionals is required.

    • Schedule :

  • Alternating shifts : Weekday, Weekend & Holiday Call (1 : 5 rotation).
  • Clinic Hours : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM.
  • Average Outpatient Volume : 20-25 patients per day.
  • Average Inpatient Volume : Varies.
  • Average Deliveries : 6-7 per month.
