Manage the design and delivery of targeted development programs for all stakeholders and ongoing leadership development programs / initiatives that align with Children's Healthcare of Atlanta's long-term strategies. Lead a team in conducting needs assessment, designing for high-impact learning, ensuring knowledge transfer and behavior change, providing professional delivery / facilitation, and developing / executing a measurement strategy to ensure leaders have the capabilities needed. Partner across the Learning team to ensure leadership and professional development concepts are integrated into broader learning programs as appropriate; continue to evolve delivery methods to reflect changing audience needs. Provide consulting and coaching to leaders to support on-the-job application of new knowledge and skills. Lead the creation and execution of a marketing strategy to generate interest and participation in leadership development programs.

Experience

• 5-7 years of progressive experience in management and leadership
• Experience in needs analysis and designing learning content for high-impact learning, knowledge transfer, and sustainment
• Experience managing high-profile leadership development experiences which incorporate assessment, content delivery, coaching and cohort learning
• Proficiency in coaching senior leaders to improve performance in targeted development areas
• Consulting experience with individuals and teams to support application of skills and improved performance
• Experience in evaluating and optimizing the impact of learning programs
• Experience in managing a team and budget
