  • Supervise daily operations on construction sites, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project deadlines.

    • \n

  • Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.

    • \n

  • Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise promptly.

    • \n

  • Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment for all team members.

    • \n

  • Prepare and submit daily reports on project status to stakeholders.

    • \n

  • Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets company standards.

    • \n

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.

    A successful Superintendent should have : \n

  • Experience managing construction projects in the business services industry.

    • \n

  • 5+ years of superintendent experience on ground-up commercial projects (retail, office, healthcare, or mixed-use).

    • \n

  • Strong knowledge of scheduling, site logistics, and safety compliance.

    • \n

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

    • \n

  • Ability to problem-solve and drive projects to successful completion.

    • \n

  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and best practices.

    • \n

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively.

    • \n

  • The ability to read and interpret construction documents, including blueprints and specifications.

    • \n

  • A problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt to changing project needs.

    • \n

  • Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.

    • \n \n
