What We’re Looking For :

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing school with an active RN license in MN.
  • At least two (2) years of experience as a hospice RN and one (1) year in a supervisory role.
  • Ability to travel within the service area; valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance required.
  • Current CPR Certification.

    • Your Key Responsibilities :

  • Plan, assign, and monitor the work of hospice staff to ensure efficient operations.
  • Hire, supervise, evaluate, and motivate both professional and paraprofessional employees.
  • Develop recruitment strategies and facilitate the onboarding of new staff.
  • Lead Interdisciplinary Group (IDG) meetings and participate in facility and team meetings.
  • Contribute to business growth by providing education and support to external customers.
  • Manage hospice caseload as needed to meet business demands.
  • Provide educational opportunities and in-services to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
