Senior Manager Of Commercial Sales

The Senior Manager of Commercial Sales leads a team of Account Managers to drive revenue growth and market share in the Commercial division. This role is responsible for coaching, developing, and enabling the sales team to deliver on business objectives while ensuring exceptional client relationships, profitable sales execution, and alignment with regional strategies.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements :

• Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• 710+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in commercial building products, flooring, or related industries.
• 35+ years of leadership experience managing sales teams with 8+ direct reports.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving profitable growth.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to analyze sales reports and forecasts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Remote- Must be located in Southeast.
