Physical Therapist

Palatine Nursing Home is currently seeking a Physical Therapist to become a part of our team. We are a small 70 bed long / short term care facility located just minutes off the NYS thruway, Exit 29 Canajoharie.

Requirements :

• Current NYS PT license
• Previous experience working in a long term care facility
• Must be able to meet the phyiscal requirements of the job
• Previous experience using Point Click Care and Rehab Optima
