The Operations Supervisor for Bulk Case Pick oversees the daily operations of the bulk case picking department within the distribution center. This role ensures that all case picking activities are executed efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with safety and quality standards. The supervisor will lead a team of warehouse associates, manage performance metrics, and collaborate cross-functionally to support operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Development

Supervise, coach, and mentor bulk case pick associates.

Ensure timely and accurate picking of bulk cases to meet customer and internal SLAs.

Analyze operational data and reports (e.g., Power BI dashboards) to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

Partner with replenishment, putaway, and shipping teams to ensure seamless workflow.

In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.
