Position Overview :

We’re seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Paralegal to join our team. This position supports attorneys in both family law and personal injury matters, handling substantive legal work as well as light administrative support. Experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person with strong initiative and organizational skills.

Schedule :

Monday–Thursday : 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Friday : 8 : 00 AM – 12 : 00 PM

Paid time off

Closed all Federal holidays

Key Responsibilities :

Draft pleadings, discovery requests / responses, motions, and correspondence

Prepare court filings and coordinate with court clerks and opposing counsel

Assist in trial preparation, exhibit organization, and hearing binders

Manage case calendars, deadlines, and attorney schedules

Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff

Maintain and organize physical and digital case files

Track and summarize evidence, medical records, and billing in PI matters

Prepare settlement documents and closing statements

Handle light administrative tasks (answering phones, scheduling, scanning, mail, etc.)

Preferred Skills & Qualifications :

Paralegal experience in family law or personal injury (preferred but not required)

Familiarity with case management systems such as MyCase, Clio, or similar software

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Professional, courteous, and comfortable working directly with clients

Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality
