Shape unified design systems ensuring consistency in layouts, typography, and motion across platforms

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in 2D and 3D visual design in complex product and branding contexts

Experience in creating strategic design programs impacting multiple teams

Proficiency in end-to-end UX / product design

High level of proficiency with design tools such as Figma and Creative Cloud

Experience in design systems and measuring success with qualitative and quantitative methods
