POSITION SUMMARY

Borden Dairy is seeking a client-focused and results-driven professional to join our team as a Merchandiser . In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for all aspects of merchandising, including stocking, rotating, and providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and product visibility.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Call on assigned accounts to communicate sales promotions and merchandising updates.
• Execute plan-o-grams, including stocking, fronting, facing, and rotating products.
• Rearrange shelving, clean refrigerated sections, and restock shelves as needed.
• Ensure product displays are professional, appealing, and properly signed.
• Reset displays and report any issues or opportunities related to products or merchandising.
• Negotiate for additional shelf and promotional space.
• Conduct store surveys and market analyses to understand customer behavior and optimize product placement.
• Capture display conditions upon arrival to identify opportunities for sales growth.
