How do you excel in this position

The Senior Paralegal- Construction serves as Stark Tech's in-house legal resource, partnering with leadership and outside counsel to oversee legal operations, compliance, and corporate documentation across integration, controls, and energy projects. This role drives process improvements, establishes and maintains legal standards, and provides subject matter expertise on construction-adjacent legal processes. The Senior Legal Operations Specialist also supports the evaluation and integration of legal technology solutions that enhance efficiency and align with Stark Tech's operational platforms
