Position Overview :

We are seeking a motivated attorney with 2–5 years of experience in civil litigation and / or real estate law to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong writing and advocacy skills, comfort with court appearances, and experience handling litigation, real estate transactions, or both. This is a unique opportunity to take on meaningful work, gain hands-on experience, and grow with an entrepreneurial firm that values initiative and results.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage and assist with civil litigation cases from pleadings through trial
  • Handle real estate matters, including transactions, title disputes, assessment appeals, and zoning issues
  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and legal correspondence
  • Conduct depositions, hearings, and oral arguments in court
  • Collaborate with clients, experts, and colleagues to develop case strategies
  • Participate in business development and community engagement initiatives

Qualifications :

  • J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to practice in Pennsylvania
  • 2–5 years of legal experience, preferably in civil litigation and / or real estate law
  • Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines, multitask, and work independently or collaboratively
  • Prior courtroom experience preferred
  • A commitment to client service and professional excellence
