Email Marketing Associate Manager

A company is looking for an Associate Manager, Email Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the email marketing channel backlog and roadmap, including testing and learning agendas

Oversee strategic and executional aspects of email marketing campaigns across all brands, including audience selection and campaign analysis

Conduct regular audits of email marketing campaigns to ensure content quality and identify optimization opportunities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

5+ years of experience in email marketing or digital campaign management

Proficiency in email marketing platforms and CRM tools, with moderate HTML / CSS skills

Data-driven approach with experience using analytics tools like Adobe Analytics

Understanding of multi-channel marketing and customer journey mapping
