A company is looking for an HR Data Analyst (Remote) to support strategic priorities in people insights, diversity and inclusion, and ESG reporting.
Key Responsibilities :
Collect, clean, and analyze people data to generate actionable insights for HR leadership
Develop dashboards, visualizations, and reports to track KPIs and progress toward strategic goals
Conduct data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of HR data across systems
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business, Human Resources, or related field
3-5 years of experience in data analytics and HR reporting
Experience within HR, DEI, or ESG functions
Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience using data visualization tools
