Demonstrates planning and administration of patient care. Provides and maintains professional, quality, patient
centered care. Performs nursing care through development and implementation of nursing standards, policies
and procedures, staff training and development programs and through participation as a member of the Phillips
County Hospital team.
PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS :
Will be required to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, or stoop. Sit / Stand throughout the day. Physical setting in Hospital / ER
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education : Associates or Bachelor's degree in nursing. Must be a graduate of an accredited
program.
Licensure / Certification : State of Montana Nursing license, Certified in ACLS-Advanced Cardiovascular Life
Support, PALS-Pediatric Advanced Life Support, ATLS-Advanced Trauma Life
Support, ENPC-Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course, TNCC-Trauma Nursing Core
Course and others may be deemed necessary by the PCH Medical staff to provide
safe and efficient medical care and services.
Experience / Knowledge : Must have the ability to provide assessments, treatment, and care for patients of
Phillips County Hospital. Must be able to communicate effectively, appropriately,
and professionally, both verbally and in writing, with staff, patients, and family
members. Requires high level of interpersonal and communication skills in working
with physicians, administration, nursing staff, department heads, and other
employees.
Successful candidate must pass a background check and drug screen.
