Key Responsibilities

Shape the product roadmap for AI features, driving ambitious projects focused on user impact and business value

Lead and execute the development of LLM-powered features while mentoring a team of product and machine learning engineers

Integrate and experiment with AI models, refining systems to enhance model performance and user experience

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in building and leading high-craft software products, particularly in user-facing product development or AI features

Hands-on experience with LLMs and a strong understanding of their technology

Proven track record in coaching and mentoring software engineers

Experience in managing complex technical initiatives with significant business impact

Ability to work effectively in a startup environment with quick product validation cycles
