L5 IAM Auth0 Architect

Job Description

A client of Insight Global is seeking a highly experienced IAM Architect / Engineer (L5) with over 10 years of expertise to lead operational support and configuration management within our identity and access management ecosystem. This role involves triaging IAM-related tickets, configuring and managing Auth0 settings and policies, and performing advanced log analysis to identify issues and trends. As a subject matter expert, you will provide guidance to internal teams and ensure the stability and security of IAM operations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Auth0, strong analytical skills for troubleshooting, and a solid background in IAM engineering and support operations. This position requires a proactive mindset and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

This role involves triaging IAM-related tickets and ensuring timely resolution of access and identity issues. The individual will configure and manage Auth0 settings and policies to support secure authentication and authorization processes. Responsibilities also include parsing and analyzing logs to identify issues and trends, and serving as a subject matter expert on IAM for internal teams.

The role requires strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintaining and improving identity management systems. This position is onsite in Englewood, Colorado, and pays $60-$70 / hour. Compensation will vary based on experience.

Skills and Requirements

• Proven experience in software development and IAM architecture.
• Strong understanding of Auth0, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and related protocols.
• Hands-on experience with Auth0 configuration and troubleshooting.
