Job Description
Job Functions : The candidate should possess skills to deliver basic contracted customer requirements, including copying, faxing, printing, and scanning functions. Tasks are routine and include :
- Downloading and installing printer drivers on equipment
- Performing printer mapping to PC
- Escalating network issues as appropriate
- Configuring devices (IP address, scanning templates, user access levels, scan to file / email, etc.)
- Monitoring and applying patch updates
- Supporting equipment and service issues
- Diagnosing basic equipment problems
- Cleaning and maintaining office equipment
- Replacing operator-accessible parts and consumables
- Maintaining inventory of supplies
- Ensuring uptime for copier fleet
- Collecting and submitting meter reads
- Coordinating MAC (Move / Add / Change) of office equipment
- Handling equipment removal / delivery
- Logging customer jobs electronically
- Applying asset tags and updating database
- Processing incoming / outgoing faxes for billing
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Compensation : $14 / hour
Qualifications
Customer Service experience : 1 yearExperience with MAC processesProficiency in MS OfficeAdditional Information
