Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

RPh on the Go is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician for a contract assignment at an inpatient hospital . This role offers the opportunity to work in both operations and sterile compounding, gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced, clinical environment.

Position Details :

Environment : Inpatient Hospital Pharmacy

Shifts : Monday Friday

1st shift : 7 : 00 AM 3 : 30 PM

2nd shift : 2 : 30 PM 10 : 00 PM

Weekends : Rotating coverage required

Term : 13 weeks, with potential for extension

Responsibilities :

Perform inpatient pharmacy technician duties

Work in sterile compounding clean room (including batch compounding)

Prepare crash carts and auto cart fills (Omnicell)

Support pharmacy operations and patient safety through accurate preparation and organization

Requirements :

Prior inpatient hospital pharmacy experience

Sterile compounding experience required

Active Illinois Pharmacy Technician license

PTCB certification
