Your Role as an LPN :

Deliver compassionate nursing care in accordance with care plans and facility protocols

Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians

Observe and report changes in residents’ health and emotional status

Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other care team members to support resident well-being

Accurately document care, medications, and observations

Help maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for residents
