Overview

Assistant Coach - Boys Baseball at Catalina Foothills School District. Location : Catalina Foothills High School. Stipend Range : $2,070 - $2,472 DOE. Target Start Date : February 1, 2026. Date Posted : 9 / 11 / 2025. Position Type : Coach, Assistant / Assistant Baseball Coach.

Essential Functions

Under general supervision of the Head Coach, Athletic Director and Principal. Essential functions (as defined under the Americans with Disabilities Act) may include the following tasks, knowledge, skills and other characteristics. Required Qualifications

• Current, valid Arizona Level One IVP fingerprint clearance card, issued by the Arizona DPS
• Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability and willingness to drive a small van to transport students to athletic events
• Coaching and / or playing experience in assigned sport
• Knowledge and background in assigned sport
• Professional development activities in pedagogy and methodology of the assigned sport
• Must be CPR certified prior to second full season

Supervises

Athletes and team assigned. Assumes supervisory control over all athletes in program when such control is needed.

Job Goal

To carry out the aims and objectives of the sport program as outlined by the head coach and school administration. To instruct athletes in individual and team fundamentals, strategy and physical training necessary to realize a degree of individual and team success.
