Position Overview :

The Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Clerk will manage both accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections. This role is critical to our financial operations, requiring a high degree of accuracy, organization, and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Accounts Payable :

• Process and review incoming invoices for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company policies.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and delivery receipts.
• Prepare and schedule payments to vendors, ensuring timely disbursements.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all accounts payable transactions.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes as needed.
