We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team in Anaheim, California. In this Contract-to-continuing position, you will play a key role in supporting the Human Resources department across various functions, including recruitment, payroll auditing, and employee relations. Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive support to the Human Resources department, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Assist with employee relations by addressing escalations and contributing to issue resolution.
- Conduct detailed payroll audits to verify timesheet accuracy and compliance, without direct payroll processing.
- Facilitate workers’ compensation administration by coordinating claims and managing follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR documentation standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR processes and provide timely support.
- Support recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and overseeing onboarding.
- Ensure adherence to HR compliance requirements and assist with audits as needed.
- Utilize HRIS systems to manage employee data efficiently and accurately.
- Perform background checks and support onboarding procedures for new hires.
- 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a coordinator or generalist role.
- Proven experience in recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Familiarity with payroll auditing and timesheet review procedures.
- Exposure to employee relations and handling workers’ compensation claims is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS systems such as Workday is a plus.
