Job Description :
As a Residential Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business through direct, door-to-door sales efforts. You will educate potential customers, in our already established communities, about the benefits of our fiberoptic internet, IPTV services, and home security solutions. This role requires a high level of energy, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering customer satisfaction.
This position combines a competitive base salary with uncapped commissions, paid training, and full benefits. Top performers can bring in six-figure earnings and fast-tracked advancement opportunities.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
- 1–3 years of sales experience (telecom, security, or direct sales preferred).
- Must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel locally.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Goal-oriented, resilient, and able to work independently.
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

Key Responsibilities :
Door-to-Door Sales : Prospect, engage, and close sales with homeowners within assigned neighborhoods.Product Knowledge : Clearly communicate the benefits of fiberoptic internet, IPTV, and home security services to potential customers.Lead Generation : Identify and target new customers, scheduling follow-up appointments and demos as necessary.Customer Relationship Building : Develop strong rapport with prospects and establish trust to drive long-term customer relationships.Sales Goals : Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.Reporting : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and sales progress.Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independentlySelf-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed goalsStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Must be comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Benefits
