Road Staff in Training

At Clair Global, we believe in investing in the best of the audio technology industry. That is why we offer a paid, audio technician training program located at our international headquarters in Lititz, Pennsylvania or our Cleveland, Ohio location. Our training will develop the touring skills needed to deploy large-scale concert sound systems. You will also develop further knowledge on our line source system, AC systems, Amp racks, drive systems, RF equipment, consoles and stage patching.

We are currently seeking hardworking, team-oriented audio techs to join the Clair Global team and complete our internal, paid training program. After successful completion of the program, you will be deployed on tours and events, ready to support national and international concerts and live entertainment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has some prior experience in the audio field, whether through formal education or on-the-job training. Essential Responsibilities :

• Attend training on a Monday – Friday working schedule, half day classes. Additional work days may be assigned for field training and heavy work demands
• Work in the warehouse during workday schedule while not in training class, additional days and hours may be assigned depending on work demands
• Comply with all safety regulations within the warehouse and while flying PA
• Come to work prepared for both hands-on learning, quizzes and tests, lectures, and shop work
• Ability to attend and complete quizzes and practical exams throughout duration of the program
• Rotate through the different warehouse departments as an essential function of the training program
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
