Registered Nurse (RN), Medical- Surgical

Up to $25,000 bonus available!

Full-time| 3x12 | Nights 7pm-7am

A Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this roll will :

  • performs initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition.
  • Establishes a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient according to his or her capabilities and desires.
  • Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate to care team, physician, patient, and family.
  • Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral and spiritual / psychosocial support needs.
  • What we're looking for :

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing Required. Bachelor's or Master's Degree preferred.
  • An Active Arizona RN License
  • BCLS required upon hire
  • ACLS, PALS and Handle with Care preferred
