Key Responsibilities
Support the Care Advice Line call queue by answering incoming calls and triaging cases
Provide education and assistance to patients regarding self-management goals and care coordination
Document interactions accurately in the EMR and assist with scheduling appointments as needed
Required Qualifications
Relevant clinical experience and educational background
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Technical competency to operate required applications and systems
Experience in customer service within a healthcare setting
Ability to remain patient and polite in all call situations
