A company is looking for a Payroll Conversion Database Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development of database and tooling for payroll data conversion projects

Coordinate the creation of programs to load data from legacy payroll systems into a centralized database

Perform data quality analysis to ensure accuracy and integrity during conversion processes

Required Qualifications

Experience with Boomi Atmosphere Integration and advanced data conversions

Proficiency in team leadership and project management

Intermediate knowledge of Java programming language

Understanding of public trust clearance requirements and eligibility

Ability to work independently in a remote environment
