As a Senior Software Engineer on our team, you'll architect and implement security solutions that protect millions of users while empowering thousands of developers. You'll be at the forefront of creating a security-first engineering culture, building tools and frameworks that make secure development the path of least resistance. We're building the next generation of security-first development tools and practices that will shape the future of secure software engineering.

A Typical Day :

Here are a few things you’ll do in this role :

• Lead the design, development, launch, and operation of scalable and reusable solutions that address systemic security issues across teams, showcasing your leadership and expertise.
• Drive technical security innovation by developing new coding standards for the team and organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Provide input and influence architectural decisions to ensure security, scalability, quality and resilience in major product features and platform services.
• Take a hands-on role in designing and implementing secure software.
• Collaborate with product and infrastructure engineers to build performant, developer-friendly solutions that integrate security into developer tools, libraries, and frameworks.
• Support secure development strategies, tooling, and product-specific security features with engineering teams to help detect and prevent diverse security issues.
• Build and maintain automation frameworks to validate deployed software against security requirements.

Your Location :

This position is US - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager.
