Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business needs. Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams. Evaluate current business processes and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure technical solutions meet business needs. Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to define project scope and goals. Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies. Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and project teams. Track project progress and performance metrics, ensuring alignment with objectives. Create and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, project plans, and status reports. Create or update policies and procedures. Foster process changes Ability to analyze data and business processes to identify improvements. Strong verbal and written communication for effective stakeholder engagement. Capability to address challenges and propose effective solutions. Knowledge of the agency's methodology and tools Ability to promote change management Must have a bachelor's degree or associate degree in computer science or similar discipline Must have at least 2+ years' experience as a business analysis or in similar role Experience in managing projects is preferred Experience in a Non-profit organization is preferred Experience dealing with state drive applications preferred Experience with EMRs or similar systems is preferred
