This role seeks a Project Manager to deliver exceptional project outcomes, support client experience, and contribute to a culture of inclusion and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering projects : Successfully manage and lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.
  • Stakeholder management : Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Team leadership : Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and empowering individuals to perform at their best.
  • Project planning and monitoring : Develop comprehensive project plans, track progress, and proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues.
  • Budget and cost management : Monitor finances, adhere to budget constraints, and provide accurate cost forecasts.
  • Quality control : Implement robust quality measures to ensure deliverables meet standards and client expectations.
  • Continuous improvement : Identify opportunities for process enhancements and drive innovative project management practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in real estate or construction.
  • Proficiency in project management software and strong knowledge of PM principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate project teams with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Preferred : Professional certification in project management (PMP); experience in a global, matrixed organization; knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards; familiarity with digital PM tools; strong problem-solving and decision-making skills; adaptability to fast-paced environments; commitment to ongoing professional development.

    • Compensation and Location

  • Estimated total compensation : 70,000.00 – 100,000.00 USD per year
  • Location : On-site – Rockford, IL
  • The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. Offers are based on education, experience, skills, and location.
