Summary

The UX / UI Designer will be responsible for the design and evolution of Xponential Fitness’ enterprise mobile and web applications, leading user experience and interface design initiatives across our portfolio of brands. This role will be responsible for building and owning the end-to-end design function—from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and design system development. Your work will have a high influence and high impact on driving innovation across Xponential’s digital experiences.

Responsibilities

User Experience & Interface Design

• Lead the design of intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging user interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
• Translate product requirements and user insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems and reusable components in Figma, ensuring consistency across brands and platforms.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure seamless implementation of designs using Storybook as a shared source of truth for UI components.

Pay Range : $125,000 - $135,000
